Brownback Campaign launches TV ad: The Record
Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback and Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer began airing a 30-second television ad Thursday statewide to set the record straight about what has been accomplished during the past three years.
The spot, entitled “The Record,” discusses efforts to move the Kansas economy forward by creating jobs, putting more people to work, stabilizing the state budget and continuing investments in education.
“Governor Brownback says it best in the ad and speaks directly to voters that ‘the sun is shining in Kansas,’ and telling them not to believe anything to the contrary,” said John Milburn, communications director for the campaign. “The spot addresses the lies spread by the Davis campaign and sets the record straight.”
The ad shows the governor speaking with voters in a variety of settings discussing conditions in Kansas.
